You are probably best off ignoring this post. I am using it to test embedding event data from Live Brum and am updating it with various different techniques as I go.
As I said, best off ignoring this for now. I’ll write up the more successful attempts in due course.
Firstly some options via Feed Informer. Perhaps as a big image map…
or via javascript perhaps…
or as a Flash widget maybe…
So this is what’s going to happen…
I am going to restart the Live Brum blog but this time I’m going to use Wordpress instead of home grown code.
The disadvantage of doing this is that it is less well integrated into the rest of the site.
The advantage of doing this is that I have to eat my own dogfood and find sane ways of putting event data on this blog. As I find better and better ways of doing that I will share this knowledge so you can do the same.
Bear with me. I’m trying to launch Art Brum on 12th June so postings may be slow until that’s out of the way but this is the new place to find the Live Brum blog. Bookmark it, add it to your feed readers, because good stuff is coming…
